CANCELLATION POLICY

Fills should be booked 2-3 weeks and have 40% of lashes, anything after 3 weeks or less than 40% will be considered a full set! Due to out growns that may need to be removed. Please keep in mind fills are meant to be filled not to reconstruct! Your appointment is time reserved especially for you. I understand things may happen, therefore I require a 48hr notice for cancellations/rescheduling. Canceling anywhere from 24-48 hours before your appointment will result in 25% service fee. Same day Cancellations will be charged 100% of the service. No-Shows will be charged 100% of the service and will no longer be able to book with me in the future. I have a 15 min grace period, anything past that will result in your appointment to be cancelled along with a 30% charge fee!
